BEWARE OF COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS

This is Penny Lane, the founder of The Perfect Cosmetics Company.

Please be cautious when purchasing our products, specifically My Perfect Eyes. I want to share my experience with serial fraudsters Roy Ferguson and Jon-Paul Lawrence, who have been promoting counterfeit and fake products through the collaboration of influencers like Jamie Rockers,  Abbey Wood from Styleupwithabbey www.sibiligroup.com themedianetwork.uk www.responsivetv.co.uk 

On companies house you will see Roy Ferguson and Jon-Paul Lawrence as Una Skin, Skin Bunny and Twisted Punk.

We are closing the gap and have discovered exactly where these products have been made and have taken legal action. The same people have now made a product called Under Eye Enhancer that has copied our formulation and tried to use our clinical trials on their packaging and even used a script I wrote personally verbatim on TV, which was taken off air.

One of our customers, who previously purchased directly from us, experienced a severe allergic reaction after using the counterfeit product. She wrote:

"On Friday 10th Feb 2023, I applied the product under my eyes; it instantly burnt...During my journey, my eyes became swollen/puffy/red and very sore...I had an anaphylactic shock...I now have to carry an Epipen with me at all times."

To make matters worse, when you go to www.myperfectcosmeticscompany.co.uk, they have diverted it to a fake website. Despite having a court injunction to stop them, they continue their fraudulent activities.

I am the sole Director and owner of the company. I personally own all of the trademarks, company IP, and formulations. Any product not bought directly from our website, our Amazon shop or from one of our reputable retail partners @pricelineau or @bigw is not a genuine product.

On 18 December we were able to get thousands of units of My Perfect Eyes back from Lloyds Pharmacy that had been sold in to them through a distributor and the police are involved.

Counterfeit product is still being sold through www.orangeshop.eu and our lawyers have started action against them.

We urge you to be cautious when purchasing My Perfect Eyes or any other product from our range. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of product you have purchased, we strongly advise you to contact your bank directly to request a refund. This will allow you to safeguard your rights as a consumer and take appropriate action to address the issue.
